Child acne and how to treat my acne problem at home

Fact: People suffering from acne like to scrub their face frequently in the hope that scrubbing will get rid of this problem. They believe that cleansing the pores deeply will provide them a clean feeling. They try all sort of stuff from washcloths cleansers to scrubs. This never helps. It actually results in irritations that makes the skin worse and also create some degree of inflammation. The best thing to do is to treat your skin very gently. This reduces friction and irritation of the skin. You should stay away from excessive rubbing or manipulation of the skin. Don't rub your face unnecessary. Avoid leaning the face on a hand and excessive use of telephone.
Fish oils, GLA, B5, antioxidants, etc. These seem to be the latest weaponry against acne. But they usually artificially 'manipulate' the acne cycle, for the time being, as long as you take them... and can be costly in doing so. They do help some acne sufferers, and frustrate many others. In fact, they tend to work best if and when certain dietary changes are implemented.
Acne, that dreaded disease of the skin, affects almost 85 % of the population in the United States alone. This, most common of skin disorders, knows no boundaries, and pick it's victims over the whole age spectrum. Teenagers and adults alike, may be inflicted at random, although heredity, may seem to also play a role. There are numerous explanations, as to the causes of acne. Many case studies may be found in numerous, respectable medical publications. There are also a host of myths and accompanying misconceptions doing the rounds. However, one thing all these publications, have in common, is the general type of treatment.
